1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Ajvantiqa Technology, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Ajvantiqa Technology provides technology development and digital marketing services including, but not limited to, web development, mobile application development, SaaS development, UI/UX design, AI automation and digital marketing. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in individual project agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete project requirements
- Timely feedback and approvals as required during the project
- Providing necessary access, content and materials
- Prompt payment as per agreed schedules
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals. Generally, projects require an upfront deposit before work commences. Remaining payments are structured based on project milestones or monthly retainers as agreed.
Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. Ajvantiqa Technology retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks or methodologies used during development.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation continues after the completion of the project.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ajvantiqa Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Ajvantiqa Technology will deliver all completed work upon receipt of outstanding payments.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
